Door Etiquette
Door etiquette is more than teaching your dog polite behavior when you and your guests enter the home; it is also an important part of keeping your dog safe from potential accidents happening when they run for that open door. Trainer and behavior consultant Cindy Scott explains how to train appropriate responses to door knocks, doorbells, and open doors by teaching your dog to only approach and cross a door threshold when they have your permission.
About the Instructor
Cindy Scott has been a certified dog trainer for almost 30 years and is an AKC evaluator and a mentor for American Behavior College. She uses only positive, reward based techniques for fast and fun results. Based in Southern California her company, Dogs Etc., was founded in 1997 with the mission to enrich dogs lives.
