If for any reason you’re not satisfied with a KONG dog/cat toy, treat/snack or recovery collar product that you have purchased from one of our authorized sellers, we’ll gladly provide you with a replacement product or a refund. KONG reserves the right to deny product claims if it determines the customer is abusing the satisfaction guarantee or has engaged in fraud. The KONG satisfaction guarantee offers both replacement and refund options for consumers in the United States and we provide refunds for our Canadian consumers. For our Canadian residents, please be sure and provide us your full first and last name as well as your complete mailing addressfor your refund check to be processed.
If you are submitting a claim for multiple products, please submit an individual claim for each product.
Receipt For Proof of Purchase: Your receipt image must include the retail store name, purchase date within the past 60 days & the purchase price of the individual toy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept a copy of a credit card statement as it does not include the details of the purchase. Even if the KONG product was received as a gift, a receipt is still a must.

Accessory items like a bed, crate, collar, leash, harness, crate pad, tactical vest, etc. are manufactured by our Trusted Licensee Partners and are not included in our 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Program. Because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, the KONG 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. Our 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee Program includes KONG dog/cat toys, treats/snacks and recovery collar.
