About the Instructor

Spencer Batcheller has over a decade of animal welfare experience in shelters, rescues, vet clinics and animal control. He accepted the CEO position at the Greater Huntsville Humane Society in 2022 and his commitment to community and education has given opportunity to expand rescue efforts, promote responsible pet ownership, and create initiatives such as the forthcoming cat sanctuary and adoption center.
