Ruby's Bellini

Ingredients
- 1 Peach
- Water as Needed
- Bone Broth without Onion
Instructions
- Step One: Peel and chop the peach.
- Step Two: Blend with about ⅓ cup of water (you may need more or less depending on the size of your peach). You should end with a smooth puree.
- Step Three: Chill the bone broth by stirring it with ice.
- Step Four: Pour the peach puree into a glass and top with the chilled bone broth. Garnish with a peach slice.
